Stanislav Lobotka played all 90 minutes as Slovakia drew 1-1 away to the Faroe Islands in the only Nations League C fixture on Saturday 3 October.

Slovakia went ahead in the first half through an own goal from Vatnhamar. The hosts equalised in the second half through Justinussen, staying unbeaten in the competition with three draws from three games.

Slovakia remain top of the group on 7 points, ahead of Moldova, who moved up to 4. The Faroe Islands are third with 3 points, still unbeaten, while Kazakhstan are bottom on a single point.

Lobotka's head coach kept him on for the full match even after the result looked settled in the first half, another sign of how central he is to Slovakia's midfield.

The full 90 minutes comes while his contract situation at Napoli remains open. There is no urgency from the club, and the existing deal already includes an automatic one-year extension, but talk of Juventus interest in signing him as a free agent persists in the background.

Lobotka will return to Castel Volturno, Napoli's training ground, with the rest of the squad ahead of the restart of the season. Napoli, ninth in Serie A on 7 points after five matchdays, are back in action on Saturday 10 October against Frosinone at the Maradona, in the match that closes out the international break.
