Lucca's family clash with Napoli fans at the Penzo
Two Napoli supporters say they argued with Lorenzo Lucca's relatives after the striker fluffed a chance at Venezia, before police stepped in.

Two Napoli fans say they clashed with Lorenzo Lucca's family in the stands at the Penzo during Saturday's defeat to Venezia. Sat near the parents of Di Lorenzo, Meret and Lucca without realising it, they stood up to protest after Lucca — who joined from Udinese just nine days ago — fluffed a chance near goal. Brought on from the bench in the second half, he failed to impress and was substituted off before the final whistle.
In an account shared online, the two supporters say two of Lucca's relatives approached them straight away, "apparently very upset". At half-time they tried to apologise but were sent away with shouting: according to the pair, the player's relatives accused them of insulting the person rather than the footballer. Police then intervened and, in the fans' account, took their side.

The incident came on a night Napoli lost 1-0 to a goal from Adams, their fifth defeat in nine official games this season. Lucca, among the worst players on the pitch, could be sold as early as January.
