Milinkovic-Savic starts again as Napoli line up against Frosinone
Head coach Allegri goes with the same goalkeeper and without Alessandro Buongiorno or Scott McTominay as Napoli host Frosinone at the Maradona in Serie A's seventh round.

Napoli have named their starting XI for the Serie A matchday 7 visit of Frosinone to the Maradona, and Vanja Milinkovic-Savic keeps his place in goal.
In front of him, Allegri lines up a back four of Amir Rrahmani, Rafa Marín, Mathías Olivera and Giovanni Di Lorenzo.

Billy Gilmour, Kevin De Bruyne and Stanislav Lobotka make up the midfield three, with Rasmus Höjlund, Matteo Politano and Noa Lang ahead of them.
Alessandro Buongiorno and Scott McTominay are both missing again. Buongiorno is still working through a long recovery after meniscus surgery, while McTominay has yet to return from heart surgery for an arrhythmia.
Those are two significant absences for a defence and a midfield that can ill afford more disruption right now, with the fanbase already uneasy about the start to the season and Napoli down in ninth place.
On the bench, Allegri has Claudio Pugliese, Nikita Contini, Benoit Badiashile, Sam Beukema, Costantino Favasuli, Antonio Vergara, Frank Anguissa, David Neres and Lorenzo Lucca, who arrived from Udinese only days ago and already makes the matchday squad.
After the draw in Florence and with only one win in the last five league games, the Maradona crowd wants more from this side, especially at home against an opponent the table alone does not do justice to. Allegri's choices will tell within the first few minutes whether Napoli want to take control of the game.
