Napoli agree new deal with Rrahmani to 2029
The club have reached an agreement to extend the Kosovan centre-back's contract, with only the official announcement left to come.

Napoli have tied down one of their quiet leaders. An agreement has been reached with Amir Rrahmani on a contract extension that would run to 30 June 2029, confirming his central role in the project after interest from England, Turkey and Saudi Arabia never turned into concrete offers.
Rrahmani has been one of the main figures at the back during a difficult start to the season, with Napoli ninth in the table on 7 points from 5 games. The new deal is expected to take his salary to around €3.8m a season. All that remains is the formal step of the club's official announcement, expected in the coming days.
