Napoli close to three more years of pre-season at Dimaro until 2029
Only a few weeks ago the relationship looked over. Now an agreement with the Province of Trento is close, and an announcement is expected soon.

Napoli and the Province of Trento are close to a deal that would keep the club's summer training camp at Dimaro Folgarida for three more years, until 2029. All that is missing is the official announcement, which is expected soon.
Only a few weeks ago it looked very different. The two sides traded public statements in the last days of this summer's camp, and the relationship seemed damaged. Talk of a final break grew so loud that Atalanta started talks about preparing for their own season at Dimaro.

Then the two sides patched things up with Aurelio De Laurentiis's club. They are now heading towards extending a relationship that has lasted 15 years.
On the pitch, there are more urgent matters. Roma come to the Maradona on Saturday at 18:00 CET (17:00 UK, 12:00 ET). They are third on 17 points, seven ahead of Napoli in ninth. It is also the second test the club has set for Massimiliano Allegri.
Where Napoli spend next summer is all but settled. Which squad and which coach will be there, nobody can say yet.
