Napoli-Frosinone classified risk 3, extra stewarding at the Maradona

The Questura's reports led the national observatory to tighten security for Saturday 10 October's meeting with Frosinone.

The Osservatorio Nazionale sulle Manifestazioni Sportive (the national body that rates match security risk) has classified Napoli-Frosinone as risk 3. The game kicks off at 20:45 CET on Saturday 10 October at the Maradona, in Serie A's sixth round.

The rating follows reports passed on by the Questura (the Naples police authority) and is meant to shape public-order planning and the organisation inside the Fuorigrotta stadium in advance.

The known restriction on tickets for residents of Frosinone and its province stays in place — sales limited to holders of the Frosinone club's Fidelity Card. The new element is reinforced stewarding inside the stadium, agreed alongside the other rules on ticket sales and access to the away section.

Napoli go into the game ninth in the table on 7 points from 5 rounds, in the middle of their worst start in a decade — a backdrop that also weighs on the public-order planning for a match Allegri's side need to win in front of their own fans.
