Napoli monitor Boca Juniors teenager Tomás Aranda
Arsenal and Chelsea are also watching the 19-year-old midfielder, who would cost Napoli the full €20m release clause in his Boca Juniors contract.

Napoli are looking at Argentina to strengthen their midfield for the future. Tomás Aranda, a 19-year-old midfielder at Boca Juniors, is being watched by Giovanni Manna's club alongside two Premier League heavyweights, Arsenal and Chelsea.
Aranda, born in 2007, joined Boca in January 2026 on a contract until the end of 2029 and made his debut for the senior Argentina national team in June. He played 19 games in the 2025/26 season, scoring once and setting up three goals, numbers that earned him a route into the first team. Transfermarkt values him at €12m, but his contract contains a release clause of around €20m, and Boca will not sell unless that full amount is paid.

For now Napoli's interest is at the observation stage, with no formal offer made. The transfer window has been closed since 1 September and reopens on 2 January 2027. Aranda joins a list of names the board are weighing for the winter window, including Kvernadze, Perrone, Caprile, Tresoldi and Burcu.
