Napoli now sixth among Italian clubs in UEFA's ranking
The club has dropped to 26th overall in UEFA's updated coefficient, with Milan now also ahead of Napoli.

UEFA has published its updated coefficients for the 2026/2027 season, the ranking that affects seeding in the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League draws. Napoli have slipped to 26th place overall and sixth among Italian clubs.
Inter sit fifth overall and top of the Italian clubs, followed by Roma (13th), Fiorentina (18th), Atalanta (22nd) and Milan, who have just overtaken Napoli in 25th. Only Juventus (32nd), Lazio (43rd) and Bologna (68th) now sit below Napoli. Bayern Munich, Arsenal, holders Real Madrid and PSG lead the overall ranking.

The coefficient reflects years of declining European results compared with the seasons when Napoli held much higher positions. It lands with Allegri's side on zero points after two League Phase matches, following the 0-1 defeat to Arsenal and Tuesday's 3-1 loss at Villarreal.
