The ticket window for the away section at Villarreal's Estadio de la Cerámica opens at 12:00 CET on Monday 5 October and runs until 23:59 CET on Thursday 8 October, ahead of the League Phase game on Tuesday 13 October at 21:00 CET (20:00 UK, 15:00 ET). This first window is reserved for holders of a valid SSC Napoli Fidelity Card "Fan Stadium Card", who get priority until seats run out, buying through TicketOne with their card number and PIN. The voucher cannot be issued to anyone without the card.

The voucher only produces a PDF, which is not itself valid for entry. Buyers will be emailed the final PDF ticket between Friday 9 October and the day before the match, and it must be shown on a smartphone at the turnstiles.

Napoli go to the Cerámica off the back of a 0-1 home defeat to Arsenal in their league-phase opener, Odegaard scoring in the 75th minute, which left the club 25th in the UEFA ranking. Alisson will miss the trip, with his return still set for 17 October.
