Napoli release glow-in-the-dark Halloween shirt dedicated to the Munaciello
Napoli and EA7 are selling 2,026 numbered outfield shirts and 126 goalkeeper shirts. They go on sale the day before the game against Roma.
Napoli and EA7 have unveiled the Halloween 2026/27 Limited Edition match shirt, the one teased in a preview video on the club's social channels. It is dedicated to the Munaciello, a mischievous little spirit from Neapolitan folklore. It goes on sale on Friday 23 October through the club's official online store, its official shops and authorised retailers.
There are 2,026 shirts for outfield players and 126 for goalkeepers, each numbered inside the collar. The club crest glows in the dark and sits inside a design based on the spirit's hood. The EA7 logo is framed by what looks like a cross-section of an old well, a nod to the underground channels beneath the city that feature in the legend. The Munaciello's eyes appear in both logos, and the commemorative patch carries NFC technology that unlocks special content.

The timing is awkward. The shirt arrives on the eve of Napoli-Roma at the Maradona on Saturday 24 October, 18:00 CET (17:00 UK, 12:00 ET). Napoli are ninth on 10 points, and a second test of Allegri is at stake. Legend says the Munaciello brings either mischief or good luck. On Saturday, Napoli need the luck.
