No Giugliano friendly for Napoli, normal training instead
The in-house test set for Tuesday 6 October has been scrapped, with Castel Volturno still thin on players back from international duty.

The joint training session between Napoli and Giugliano, planned for Tuesday 6 October at 15:00, has been called off. The squad will instead hold a normal training session at Castel Volturno.
Allegri and the club were swayed by a near-empty training ground: only a handful of players are currently at Castel Volturno, with the rest of the squad still away on international duty. The various call-ups are expected back over the next two days, ahead of Napoli's return to action on Saturday 10 October at 20:45 against Frosinone at the Maradona.

Dropping the in-house friendly also means giving up a chance to build some sharpness, with very few sessions left before the league resumes. This week will be used more to bring the squad back together than to experiment.
