Tickets for the away section at Porto v Napoli go on sale at 12:00 on Wednesday 21 October through TicketOne. The Champions League league-phase match kicks off at 21:00 CET (20:00 UK, 15:00 ET) on Wednesday 4 November at the Estádio do Dragão. Porto set the price at €30 and also decided the order in which each section goes on sale. Buyers get a voucher, one ticket per transaction, and seats are allocated on a best-seat basis, so you cannot choose where you sit.

Holders of a valid Fan Stadium Card (the club's supporter card) can buy first, until 23:59 on Sunday 25 October. They need the card number and PIN, and the voucher cannot be issued to anyone who does not hold a card. Any remaining seats go on general sale from 12:00 on Monday 26 October until 23:59 on Tuesday 27 October, or until they sell out. The PDF voucher sent by email will not get you into the ground. The actual ticket, also a PDF, will be sent from Thursday 29 October and no later than the day before the match. It must be shown on a smartphone, and no other format is accepted. Anyone who has not received it should write to uefaticketone@originsolutions.it.

The timing asks a lot. The window closes before supporters know which Napoli will turn up in Porto. Bodø/Glimt come to the Maradona at 21:00 on Tuesday 20 October, and Roma follow on Saturday 24 October. Napoli have no points after Arsenal and Villarreal, and Porto is matchday four of a league phase the side finished in 30th place a year ago. Paying €30 for that seat is an act of faith, and the team needs to start earning it against Bodø/Glimt.
