Roma name two youth players for Napoli trip as Svilar misses out
Gasperini has to cover for four absentees, Pellegrini and Dybala among them, but gets Cristante back for the game at the Maradona.
Gasperini has named 22 players for Roma's game at the Maradona on Saturday 24 October, kick-off 18:00 CET (17:00 UK, 12:00 ET). Two of them come from the Primavera (the club's youth side): Di Nunzio in midfield and Camara up front. Pellegrini, Dybala, Svilar and Koné are all missing. Cristante is back.
Without Svilar, one of De Marzi, Gollini and Vasquez will be in goal for Roma's most delicate game of the season so far. Gasperini has 10 defenders: Balerdi, Ghilardi, Hermoso, Koulierakis, Lulli, Mancini, Molina, Ndicka, Rensch and Wesley. The midfielders are Cristante, De Roon, Di Nunzio, Mora and Pisilli. There are only four forwards: Camara, Castro, Malen and Soulé.

Roma are third on 17 points, seven more than Napoli, and come into the game after a 4-0 win over Slovan Bratislava. Youth players in the squad do not change much. Saturday is the second test the board has set for Allegri, and if Napoli cannot beat a Roma side that had to call on its youth team, nobody at the Maradona will accept the opponents' absences as an excuse.
