Sacchi to referee Venezia-Napoli, Fabbri on VAR
The AIA has released the referee designations for matchday 7 of Serie A, including Saturday's game at the Penzo.
Juan Luca Sacchi will referee Venezia-Napoli, set for Saturday 17 October at 15:00 CET at the Stadio Pierluigi Penzo in matchday 7 of Serie A. Fabbri has been appointed to the VAR.
Napoli go into the trip to Venice 8th on 10 points after six rounds. The fixture follows a 3-1 defeat at Villarreal in the Champions League, a separate competition that does not affect the league table. Venezia, for their part, have confirmed the sacking of Giovanni Stroppa after taking zero points from six games, and are choosing between Paolo Zanetti and Davide Nicola as his successor.
