Simeone urges Lucca to give everything for Napoli
The former Napoli striker, now at Torino, returned to the city for a Fondazione Pupi charity event and addressed the difficult start of the summer signing from Udinese.
Giovanni Simeone was back in Naples for a charity event held by the Fondazione Pupi, and when asked about Lorenzo Lucca's struggles he was blunt.
"Some advice for Lucca? No, none at all. For me, when you wear the Napoli shirt you have to try to give everything, for the fans and for the club. This city deserves it."

Sometimes things go well and sometimes they go badly, but what matters is giving everything. I always did it and I hope whoever plays for Napoli still does, because it's really worth it.
The message lands with Lucca's position still under discussion, and the club already watching Udinese's Davis for January.
Simeone's comments come eight days after the draw in Florence that left Napoli ninth with 7 points from five games. Allegri's side are back in action on 10 October at the Maradona against Frosinone, still searching for a centre-forward to take charge of the attack.
