Torino renew interest in Lucca, eye Casadei swap
Urbano Cairo's club are watching the striker's form after his summer move from Udinese, with a January exit possible if goals don't come.
Torino are tracking Lorenzo Lucca again, less than two months after he joined Napoli from Udinese for €35m in a deal completed on 1 September. Head coach Allegri wants goals and convincing performances — without them, a January sale stays on the table.
Lucca was left out of the starting XI in both the 3-0 win over Frosinone on 10 October and the 1-0 win at Venezia on 17 October, with Allegri preferring Højlund up front. The winter window runs from 2 January to 2 February 2027, a tight spell to decide whether to keep backing Lucca or let him go.

Contact between the two clubs has also raised the name of Cesare Casadei, the Torino midfielder Napoli already scouted during his time at Chelsea — a profile back in the frame to strengthen a midfield that struggled at both Villarreal and Venezia.
