Alvino slams Napoli over late Fiorentina ticket details
With the trip to the Franchi three days away, the club's guest-sector sales information only appeared on Thursday afternoon, well after supporters had expected it.
Carlo Alvino has criticised how Napoli handled ticket sales for the away end at Fiorentina on Sunday 20 September, kicking off at 12:30 CET. Speaking on TeleClub Italia, he called it «l'ennesimo scandalo organizzativo ai danni dei tifosi del Napoli» — the latest organisational scandal at the expense of Napoli's fans — adding: «Ci risiamo» (here we go again).
His complaint centred on timing. At midday on Thursday 17 September, three days before the game, the 300 away-end tickets still had no sale details attached. «Zero comunicazioni, buio totale» — zero communication, total darkness — he said, asking how a supporter is meant to arrange «viaggio, trasporti e la propria vita» (travel, transport and their own life) without knowing if they'll get into the stadium. Napoli only published the sale details on the club's official site around 14:00 that same day.

The row comes as Napoli prepare for a tricky away trip, looking to build on their win over Bologna after three straight defeats across the league and the Champions League.
