Coca-Cola releases eight Napoli centenary cans, one for Maradona's 10
The limited series goes on sale across Campania until March 2027. It comes in the week of the 4-1 in Porto, two days before league leaders Lazio visit the Maradona.

Coca-Cola has produced eight limited-edition cans for Napoli's centenary, each dedicated to a chapter of the club's history. The first marks the club's founding in 1926 and carries the words "Pe' cient'anne" (Neapolitan for "for a hundred years"). Four cans celebrate the league titles, and one honours Diego Armando Maradona with the number 10. The set is completed by a centenary can and an "Era of Rebirth" can bearing the message "Forza Napoli Sempre". Bars and restaurants will also get two glass bottles, one for Maradona and one for the centenary.
The cans will be sold in supermarkets, bars and restaurants across Campania, the region around Naples, until March 2027. Throughout November they will be backed by a campaign online, on social media, on billboards and through influencers. Coca-Cola is the club's global soft drink partner and global training kit partner until the 2027/28 season. Tommaso Bianchini, the club's general manager for business, said the cans give "supporters a memory to share and keep".

The timing is awkward. The campaign launches with Napoli eighth on 14 points, after the 2-0 against Juventus and the 4-1 in Porto. The cans show four league titles. On Sunday 8 November at 12:30 CET (11:30 UK, 06:30 ET), Lazio come to the Maradona top of the table with 28 points, twice as many as Napoli. The history is already on the shelves. The present gets played on Sunday.
