Di Lorenzo and Olivera return to Naples for tests before Porto
Højlund and Milinković-Savić are also training apart from the squad, two days before Napoli's Champions League trip to Portugal on Wednesday 4 November.

Giovanni Di Lorenzo and Mathías Olivera will not travel to Portugal. Napoli's official update after the 2-0 defeat to Juventus at the Allianz Stadium said: "Giovanni Di Lorenzo and Mathías Olivera are returning to Naples to undergo diagnostic tests."
Spinazzola and Favasuli were already sidelined. That leaves Allegri without a recognised full-back for the Champions League game against Porto at the Estádio do Dragão, which kicks off at 21:00 CET (20:00 UK, 15:00 ET) on Wednesday 4 November.

The same update said: "Individual training for Højlund and Milinković-Savić." The club gave no reason. Højlund missed the Juventus game with flu, and Milinković-Savić was said to be suffering from fatigue. Those were earlier reports, though, not a diagnosis from the club.
The injury list keeps growing. Seven players were out before the trip to Turin, and more have been added since. Napoli go to Porto 22nd in the Champions League with 3 points, after a defeat in which they managed one shot on target. Allegri has two questions to answer: who plays out wide, and how many of these players will actually be fit on Wednesday.
