Gutierrez impresses at Leverkusen, Real Madrid watch on
The full-back came through Real Madrid's academy before Napoli sold him in the summer; his market value has reportedly doubled to €50-60m.

Miguel Gutierrez left Napoli only a few months ago and is already turning heads elsewhere. The Spanish full-back, who came through Real Madrid's academy, has impressed at Bayer Leverkusen to the point where Real Madrid, Manchester United, Milan and Juventus are all watching him.
Napoli sold Gutierrez to Leverkusen for €26m at the end of the summer window, a deal that reportedly helped balance the club's books and avoided the sale of Lucca and Lang. He is now top of the assist charts in the Bundesliga, according to league data.

No approach yet
There are no talks or formal offers to Leverkusen at this stage: the interested clubs are limited to scouting and data analysis. Any move would need a bid above €50-60m - double what Leverkusen paid Napoli just months ago.
For Real Madrid, a transfer would be a return home, given Gutierrez's academy roots in the capital. Napoli, meanwhile, are left with the sense of having sold a player cheaply who is proving far more valuable elsewhere - a profit on paper that could yet turn into financial regret if the market valuations turn into an actual offer.
