Juventus plot a €50-60m move for Napoli reject Gutierrez
Miguel Gutierrez left Napoli for around €26m in the summer. Four Bundesliga games and a goal-plus-three-assists start under Xabi Alonso later, Juventus want him back for double the price.

Juventus have reportedly decided to push for Miguel Gutierrez, with Milan and Real Madrid also tracking the left-back for weeks. Bayer Leverkusen consider him untouchable, and breaking that resistance would take an offer of €50-60m.
The jump in valuation follows a sudden change in form. Under Xabi Alonso at Leverkusen, Gutierrez has a goal and three assists in his first four league games — an immediate impact that has put him on the radar of Europe's top clubs.

Napoli sold him in the summer, in a transfer window that closed on 1 September with a net spend of around €47.5m, banking roughly €26m for him. That sale, along with others, had allowed the club to avoid letting Lucca and Lang leave. A few months later, that same deal is already worth double on the market.
It is a profit that suits the books, but one being viewed with a touch of bitterness at Castel Volturno, the club's training ground: a player considered dispensable in June has become, within weeks of Bundesliga football, the target of three European giants. The question is fair: did the summer valuation reflect Gutierrez's real potential, or mainly the urgency of balancing a budget in the red?
For now, little changes. The January window reopens only on the 2nd, and Leverkusen have no intention of negotiating before then. Juventus, Milan and Real Madrid remain on standby, ready to move again once the market allows it.
