Anguissa ruled out for Bologna, second physical midfielder Allegri loses
The Cameroonian has a muscle issue and continues individual work, leaving Allegri without both Anguissa and McTominay for the 18:00 CET kick-off at the Maradona.
Anguissa will miss Napoli-Bologna. The midfielder picked up a muscle strain, head coach Allegri said at his pre-match press conference, and will continue an individualised training programme rather than be named in the squad for the 18:00 CET game at the Maradona.
He joins a lengthening injury list: McTominay is out following heart surgery, and Meret and Alisson Santos are unavailable after muscle injuries confirmed by Thursday's scans.

With Anguissa and McTominay both missing, Allegri loses his two most physical, box-crashing midfielders for a game that follows three straight defeats across the league and the Champions League. The likely fix is Lobotka and Gilmour screening the defence, with De Bruyne pushed up behind the striker in place of Vergara, who had been favourite to start. Napoli have not given a recovery timeline for Anguissa's injury.
