Lazio lose Zaccagni and Gudmundsson before Napoli trip
The leaders' left flank is thin, Nuno Tavares is still a doubt, and Gattuso is expected to start Noslin, Pinamonti and Isaksen up front at the Maradona.
Lazio will be without Zaccagni and Gudmundsson at the Maradona on Sunday 8 November, kick-off 12:30 CET (11:30 UK, 06:30 ET). Both are injured. The pre-match indications suggest Gattuso will play Noslin, Pinamonti and Isaksen in attack, with Noslin moving to the left and Isaksen to the right. Pinamonti knows this is an important chance for him.
The real doubt is Nuno Tavares, who has fatigue in his hamstring. He has sat out some drills with the group for two days and must prove his fitness in the final training session on Sunday morning. If he cannot, Pedraza is ready. Marusic and Rovella are back in the squad after two and a half months out, but they are not expected to play.

The expected eleven has Floriani Mussolini, Sutalo alongside Provstgaard, Frattesi and Taylor in midfield and Belahyane as the playmaker. Lazio have few alternatives up front, but they have not lost this season: nine wins and a draw, 28 points, 14 more than Napoli.
Their absences are no comfort. Allegri is expected to be without Di Lorenzo, Buongiorno, Spinazzola, Badiashile, Favasuli, Lobotka, Neres and Alisson Santos, and Marianucci is suspended. After the 2-0 in Turin and the 4-1 in Porto, the squad coming out of its training camp at Pozzuoli has to show it can take advantage of a weakened league leader.
