McTominay set to return to Castel Volturno on 21 September
The Scot, who underwent cardiac ablation surgery in Manchester, will fly back to Naples straight after Fiorentina-Napoli, at the start of the international break.

Scott McTominay's surgery went well days ago, but he is still in Manchester. Napoli have now fixed his return to Castel Volturno for Monday 21 September, the day after Fiorentina-Napoli and the start of the international break.
Being back in the city will let Napoli's medical staff monitor his progress closely and manage the workload of the first phase of his rehabilitation. After around two weeks of work on the pitch, the Scottish midfielder will undergo a fitness test, the last step before he is available again for Allegri.
