Milinkovic-Savic replaces injured Meret for Napoli's Bologna clash

Napoli host Bologna at the Maradona on Sunday 13 September (18:00 CET, 17:00 UK, 12:00 ET) in Serie A's fourth round, and the probable line-ups show head coach Allegri forced into changes in goal and attack. Milinkovic-Savic starts in place of Meret, ruled out with an adductor injury, while Lang is preferred on the left after returning from a Champions League disciplinary exclusion. With Alisson Santos also out, Vergara is currently favoured over De Bruyne in midfield.
