Napoli advertise for a Digital Marketing Manager
The club have posted a job listing for a new marketing role tasked with driving the brand's digital evolution and growing its international fanbase.

Napoli have published a job listing for a Digital Marketing Manager, a specialised role tasked with leading the evolution of the club's digital ecosystem. The brief set out in the advert is twofold: accelerate fanbase growth, with particular focus on international supporters, and maximise fan engagement in a way that feeds into digital and commercial revenue.
The search is part of a wider strengthening of the marketing staff led by Tommaso Bianchini, general manager for marketing and business, and is aimed at modernising the club's structure ahead of a worldwide expansion of the brand. The new manager's mandate, according to the advert, must align with the club's brand strategy and its financial targets.

Two different Napolis
There is a striking gap between the two tracks Napoli are running on right now. While the commercial side works on growing the brand, the team sit ninth in the table with 7 points from 5 games, and the club's own management has already come under fire on that front: journalist Antonio Giordano has called this the most difficult period for the ownership in years, criticising transfer spending unsupported by profits from player sales. A job listing to strengthen digital marketing does not answer those questions, but it lands while they are more pressing than ever.
The club have given no information on the identity of the chosen candidate, on timing, or on contract details. For now, there is only the open position, and the search for it.
