Napoli mark centenary with €89 vintage-style ball
The club's official store has launched a collector's item styled on historic footballs, with gold detailing and the Corsiero del Sole embossed on the back.
Napoli have launched the Pallone Vintage SSC Napoli Centenario, a collector's ball available exclusively through the club's official store for €89.
The design copies the look of historic footballs: a leather-effect brown finish, panels with visible stitching, and gold trim. The front panel carries the club badge and the full name "Società Sportiva Calcio Napoli", while the back features the Corsiero del Sole (the Sun's Steed, a symbol tied to the club's origins) in gold.

The release falls in the club's centenary year — Napoli were founded on 25 August 1926. It is aimed at collectors and fans, though attention around the club remains fixed on the pitch, with the team on three straight defeats and still chasing their first home win of the season.
