Porto win all 10 league games but have lost all three in Europe

A 4-0 win over Estoril on Saturday 31 October put Francesco Farioli's side eight points clear of Benfica. Napoli are at the Estádio do Dragão on Wednesday 4 November, kick-off 21:00 CET (20:00 UK, 15:00 ET).

Porto, Napoli's next Champions League opponents, have not dropped a point in the league. Their 4-0 win over Estoril on Saturday 31 October made it 10 wins from 10, for 30 points and an eight-point lead over second-placed Benfica.

Froholdt scored after four minutes. Sainz added a second on 64 minutes, André Silva a third on 70 and Veiga a fourth on 73: three goals in nine minutes. At home in Portugal, Francesco Farioli's side have scored 25 goals and conceded 4.

Europe has been a different story. Porto have lost all three of their Champions League games, against Manchester City, Betis and PSV. Napoli are 22nd with 3 points. They lost 0-1 to Arsenal and 3-1 at Villarreal before beating Bodø/Glimt 4-3.

It is tempting to read Porto's zero as an invitation. But Napoli's defence has let in seven goals in three Champions League games, and that 25-4 league record should give it pause. First comes Juventus, at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday 1 November, kick-off 20:45 CET.
