Tedesco hopes for one-match ban, not two, before Napoli trip
The Bologna head coach will miss Sunday's match at the Maradona after his sending-off against Sassuolo, and confirms four absences for the trip.
Domenico Tedesco will not be on the Bologna bench on Sunday 13 September at the Maradona. He picked up a two-match ban for his red card in the 2-2 draw with Sassuolo, a game Bologna came back into after falling behind.
"I'm disappointed, because I don't think I did what I'm accused of," Tedesco said. "It was my first 'offence' in Italy, I'm angry with myself. We hope something can be done to bring it down to just one match."

Tedesco confirmed four players will miss the trip: Zortea, Dovbyk, Orsolini and El Azzouzi. Dovbyk's issue is only a minor strain, with the medical staff choosing not to risk him, a decision taken together with the player. Bologna sit 15th with one point and are still without a win this season.
