Di Lorenzo out for two weeks and Olivera for a month
Olivera will also miss Manchester City, and Napoli face Porto and Lazio without either of their first-choice full-backs. Allegri has no other recognised full-back fit.

The 2-0 at the Allianz Stadium has come at a cost. Giovanni Di Lorenzo left Turin with an adductor strain and is expected to be out for about two weeks. Olivera faces around a month on the sidelines. These are estimates, not final verdicts, but they are enough to reshape Allegri's month.
The captain misses Porto at the Dragão on Wednesday 4 November at 21:00 CET (20:00 UK, 15:00 ET). He also misses league leaders Lazio at the Maradona on Sunday 8 November at 12:30 CET. If his rehabilitation goes to plan, he returns after the international break for the home game against Torino on 21 November. Olivera's absence is longer: Porto, Lazio, Torino and Manchester City. He is expected back for the trip to Sassuolo on 29 November.

Spinazzola and Favasuli are already out, so Allegri will have no recognised full-back against Porto or Lazio. This is not bad luck. It is the squad. A team that has to finish near the top cannot run out of full-backs the moment two starters are injured together. That is the fault of the people who built the squad before it is the fault of the man who has to pick it.
