Lazio captain Zaccagni ruled out of Napoli game with quadriceps injury
The league leaders lose their captain for Sunday's 12:30 CET kick-off at the Maradona. Coming off the 4-1 in Porto, Napoli should not read too much into his absence.

Zaccagni will miss Lazio's visit to the Maradona on Sunday 8 November. Scans showed an injury to his left quadriceps. In a club statement, Lazio said the winger has already started treatment, which will be monitored daily, and that he will have further tests in the coming days.
Lazio top the table with 28 points to Napoli's 14, and now lose the man who wears the armband. It would be a mistake to treat that as a reprieve. Allegri is without Buongiorno, Badiashile, Favasuli, Di Lorenzo, Spinazzola, Olivera, Lobotka, Neres, Alisson Santos and De Bruyne. Marianucci is suspended and Milinković-Savić is a doubt.

Lazio's line-up is not Napoli's problem. The problem is the second half in Porto, where they conceded three goals from the 71st minute, and the final half-hour at the Allianz Stadium. Lazio arrive on Sunday at 12:30 CET (11:30 UK, 06:30 ET) without Zaccagni. Napoli have to show they can stay in a game for the full 90 minutes.
