The Maradona turnstiles open at 10:00 on Sunday 8 November, two and a half hours before Napoli face Lazio at 12:30 CET (11:30 UK, 06:30 ET). The club is asking supporters to arrive well before kick-off so they can get through the entry procedures and the security checks required by law.

From 10:00 until 12:00, half an hour before kick-off, some gates are for season-ticket holders only. These are Gates 8, 9 and 12 in the Curva B and Gates 24 and 25 in the Curva A (the two ends behind the goals), Gates 19 and 20 in the Distinti (the stand along the side) and pre-checks 2 and 3 in the Tribuna (the main stand). Gate 1 in the Tribuna is for season-ticket holders and schools. After 12:00, every gate is open to everyone.

Fans need valid ID and their ticket. Anyone whose ticket is loaded onto the Fidelity Card, the club's supporter card, must also bring the seat slip. Passbook tickets must be shown in the app on a smartphone. Screenshots and other formats will not be accepted. Tickets are sold only through Ticketone, online or at authorised outlets. To fight counterfeiting, the club says it will step up checks at the gates for the next few matches.

After the 4-1 defeat in Porto, even some season-ticket holders thought about staying at home. Lazio arrive top of the table on 28 points, while Napoli have 14. Whoever comes through the turnstiles from 10:00 onwards will want to see a different side from the one that collapsed at the Dragão.
