Napoli enquire about Torino wing-back Cacciamani, priced at €45m
The left-sided player, born in 2007, is a new name on the list for January. Inter and Roma are also interested.

Napoli have made an enquiry about Cacciamani, Torino's wide player born in 2007. Torino are said to value him at €45m at the very least.
For now it is no more than an approach, made with the January window in mind. The window opens on Saturday 2 January 2027 and closes on Tuesday 2 February at 20:00 CET. Until then, only free agents can be signed.

Cacciamani is the second winter target Napoli have asked about, after Coulibaly of Monaco. He can play as a left wing-back or as a winger, and he is making his name at Torino after spending last season at Juve Stabia. Inter and Roma are also interested, and neither is the kind of rival that waits.
We have a question, though. Napoli are tenth with 11 points after eight league games. The defence has conceded 17 goals in 11 matches, and 12 players have already spent time on the injury list. Paying €45m for a player born in 2007 is a big gamble. Before anyone debates it, we need to know whether this is a real plan or just one of the many names that make noise in October.
In the meantime, Napoli play Monza at the U-Power Stadium on Wednesday 28 October at 20:45 CET (19:45 UK, 15:45 ET).
