It sets two dates side by side — 1 September 2025, when the president announced the laying of a foundation stone for a new training ground that never happened, and Wednesday 23 September 2026, when he revealed a letter of intent with Q8 for a new stadium in Napoli Est, the site east of the city. Fans have already nicknamed the letter "the first sheet of paper."
