Lang halts warm-up after being substituted at Venezia
The Dutch winger stopped warming up when Alisson Santos, not fully fit, came on for him late at the Penzo — the latest flashpoint in a tense Napoli dressing room.
Noa Lang abruptly stopped warming up on the Venezia bench on Saturday 17 October, not through injury but in protest at being replaced by an under-fit Alisson Santos. It happened during a 1-0 defeat, scored by Adams, leaving Napoli with five losses in nine official games this season.
The gesture lands in a dressing room already strained by injuries and below-par results. Reports say it was Anguissa, on the bench, who pulled Lang up over the reaction. It is not the first incident this season: against Arsenal, Lang had been left out of the squad entirely.

Two flashpoints in under a month point to a difficult relationship between the player and the squad, as Allegri tries to keep the group together ahead of Bodø/Glimt on Tuesday 20 October — a key game to end Napoli's run without points in the Champions League.
