About Arena Rete

Arena Rete is where Italian football sits in one place: what is being played today, how yesterday's matches went, where every club stands, and the video of what happened.

What we do

We follow Serie A, Serie B and Serie C — all three groups — plus the Coppa Italia and the Serie C Cup, and we carry every match of the Champions League, the Europa League and the Conference League. Every page updates on its own: the scores while the match is on, the tables at the end of the round, the calendar as soon as the league moves a kick-off.

Behind Arena Rete there are the supporters' sites: one per club, written every day, with the team news, the match centre, the podcast and the highlights. Arena Rete is the front door; they are the house.

What the English edition is for

It is not a translation of the Italian site. It is for people who follow Italian football from outside Italy, and it carries the two things that are hard to find in English: Serie B and Serie C — sixty clubs in the third tier that almost nobody covers — and who is showing the match in your country, including the one Serie A game a week the BBC shows in Britain without a subscription.

The network is growing: more clubs arrive over the coming months, built the same way.

Where the data comes from

Scores, goalscorers, tables and fixtures come from sports data providers, and they are the same ones that feed the live coverage on the club sites. They are facts of record: who played, when, and how it finished.

We neither host nor copy the highlight videos. They belong to the rights holders, who publish them on their own channels: from here you reach the match page on the club site, where the clip is embedded with the official player. If a rights holder asks us to remove a link, we remove it.

The television rights listed in the TV guide are written by hand, with the date they were last checked and the sources printed on the page. Rights change during a season; where we could not attribute them country by country — Serie B and Serie C abroad — we leave the gap and say so rather than invent one.

What we are not

We are not affiliated with or connected to Lega Serie A, Lega Serie B, Lega Pro, the FIGC or any of the clubs we write about. Names, badges and images belong to their owners and are used to identify the teams whose matches we describe.
