Privacy policy
In short: Arena Rete asks for no sign-up, sells no data and profiles nobody.
Who processes the data
The data controller is the operator of arenarete.com, reachable at info@arenarete.com.
What we collect
- Technical browsing data. The server records the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser type. They keep the site running and defend it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Kept for no more than 30 days.
- Reading statistics. We count how many times a page is opened, in aggregate and without profiling: we do not reconstruct one person's path through the site.
- Email. Only if you write to us. We use it to answer you and keep it for as long as the conversation needs.
We ask for no registration, create no accounts and collect no payment details.
Who receives it
The technical data stays on our server, hosted in the European Union. We do not sell it and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Pages load resources from outside providers (club badges and video thumbnails), which see the visitor's IP address in order to serve them.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection to processing by writing to info@arenarete.com. You have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
YouTube and Google services
Arena Rete uses the YouTube API Services for two things: to upload to our own YouTube channel the short videos we produce (graphics built from match data) and to read that channel's own details, to check the upload lands in the right place. Pages on the site may also embed official videos through the YouTube player: in that case YouTube receives your browser's data under its own rules.
- By using the site you also accept the YouTube Terms of Service.
- How Google handles data is explained in the Google Privacy Policy.
- You can revoke our application's access to your Google account at any time from the permissions page.
- Data collected through the APIs, and deletion. We neither collect nor keep visitors' personal data through the YouTube APIs. The only credentials we hold are our own, on our server in the European Union; the channel's technical details stay in memory for the length of an upload and no longer than 30 days. To ask for any data to be deleted, write to info@arenarete.com: we answer within 30 days.
